1．About trial lessons
When can I take a trial lesson?
You can take a trial lesson right away. Please apply by phone or by using this application form.
How many trial lessons can I take?
You can take it only once per person.
Can I take the course from overseas?
This is possible with online lessons. In that case, please let us know your desired date and time in Japan time.
What app do you use for online trial lessons?
Skype or Zoom.
Can I take online trial lessons on my smartphone?
If you can use Skype or Zoom, you can use your smartphone, PC, or tablet. Please install the app on your device by the day of the event.
Are there any precautions to be taken during online trial lessons?
If you use Skype, please let us know your Skype ID two days before the trial lesson. Please ensure that your device is charged or connected to a power source before attending the class.
2．About joining
How much is the enrollment fee?
It is 11,000 yen. We are currently running a campaign, and if you do not have a trial lesson or join on the day of the trial lesson, you will receive 0 yen.
3．About the lesson
I would like to take lessons only while I am in Japan. Is that possible?
You can take lessons on a one-off basis. (Please let us know your period of stay in Japan when enrolling)
Can I choose the songs to use in the lesson?
You can teach lessons using your favorite songs. The instructor can also recommend songs that suit your voice.
How can I make a reservation?
You can make reservations on the "Lesson Reservation Site". If you have any problems, please contact us by phone or email.
When can I make a reservation for next month?
You will be able to pick it up at 0:00 AM on the 1st of the previous month.
Example: Reservation for September → from 8/1 AM 0:00
Can I make a same-day reservation?
If the instructor in charge has a vacancy, you can make a same-day reservation.
Until when can I change the lesson date and time?
The deadline is the morning of the day before the reservation date (11:59).
Please note that changes cannot be made after 12:00 the day before or on the day of the reservation, and the reservation will be treated as expired.
When is the deadline for lesson slots?
It depends on the course. One-on-one lessons are available up to 3 months in advance.
Example: Lesson slots for September are valid until the end of December.
Please note that group lessons close at the end of the month and cannot be carried over to the next month.
I would like to reserve this month's lesson for next month, but I can't.
We will need to operate the system on our school's side, so please contact our school.
4．About fees
What payment methods are available for the monthly fee?
You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
5．Regarding various procedures
I would like to change the number of lessons per month.
Changes can be made by submitting a "Number of Times Change Notification".
Changes can be made from the following month if submitted by 9:00 pm on the 10th of each month.
This can be completed by exchanging emails, so please ask your instructor or receptionist for details.
I would like to take a break, is that possible?
Yes, you can take a leave of absence for up to 3 months by submitting a "Notice of Adjournment".
If you submit your application by 9:00 pm on the 10th of each month, you can suspend your membership from the following month at the earliest.
Please contact the instructor in charge or the reception desk regarding notification of recess.
What should I do if I want to cancel my membership?
You can withdraw from your membership by submitting a "Notice of Withdrawal" by 9:00 p.m. on the 10th of the month you wish to withdraw.
